Retention Time

Delivery Policy

All of our packages are delivered by Canada Post. The tracking number will be sent to you by email following the shipment of your package. The maximum weight per order is 10 kg. If you exceed this weight, our customer service will contact you to inform you of the additional amount to be paid for the delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to indicate the correct delivery address. If there is an error, customer service will contact you.

Transportation costs could be withheld. This also applies to unclaimed or refused parcels. Please note that signatures are always requested during the winter period.

Delivery costs and delays :
Canada
The fixed delivery fee in Canada is $9.95 with a delay of 4 to 7 business days. Delivery is free for any purchase of $75.00 or more before taxes. The delivery time may be relative depending on the availability of the products ordered. If there is a variance in inventory in these, the customer service will contact you to find out your preference for the product or products concerned.With the exception of remote areas of Canada.

Perishable products
Depending on the nature of the product, we try to ship products with an expiration date of more than two months. We will contact you in the shortest way by email or phone to suggest possible alternatives if the expiration date of a product is below our targets.Items damaged during transportY-Olive makes sure to ship the items in compliant condition and to properly pack them to avoid any breakage during transport. Lost parcels
If your package seems lost, please email us at contact@y.olive.com. This will allow us to follow up on the file with Canada Post. A survey of up to 5 business days will be carried out. If the package is officially declared lost, your order will be sent to you again at no additional cost.
